I recently stayed at a lovely hostel called Nataly in Puerto Natales. The staff at Nataly were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us in various situations, such as jump-starting our car on Christmas morning and promptly fixing a water heater issue. The rooms were comfortable, the WiFi was good, and the breakfast was on par with other places we stayed at. The location was great, within walking distance to town and the bus terminal. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was cozy and comfortable, with one of the best beds we've ever had. The location was convenient, just a few blocks from the main square and the waterfront. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, despite the language barrier.
Menu for breakfast could be improved with more variety, such as cereal, hot food, and fruit options.

As a traveler in Puerto Natales, I stayed at this clean and conveniently located hostel for a few days. The owner, Willie, and his wife were incredibly helpful and arranged all our tours in just a few hours. They treated us like friends and provided a lovely experience. The breakfast was abundant and perfectly timed for our early departures. The hostel is within walking distance to the main square and other services. I highly recommend it!

I had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in the center of town. the staff were friendly and despite the language barrier, we were able to communicate effectively. the breakfast provided was a great bonus, especially with early morning tours. They even prepared a takeaway snack for those who left before breakfast started. the room I stayed in exceeded my expectations, with hotel-like quality and comfort. the owners were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist guests, offering free car rides to nearby locations and even picking up guests from the bus station. Parking was also convenient right in front of the hotel.
A delightful experience that I highly recommend. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like.

Stayed at Hostal Nataly for a few days. Room was just right for two people. Owner is a real nice guy and accommodating. Good breakfast with limited variety, just bread, cheese, orange juice, and coffee. Staff is extremely helpful, taking us to a nearby market and bus station for free. Room quality is hotel-like, beyond hostel expectations. Lovely staff, even though they didn't speak English we managed to communicate well. Location close to the center. Warm room with comfortable bed and amazing bedsheets. Adequate breakfast. Excellent wifi. Owner's son speaks good English.
Can recommend this hotel.

The shower was excellent, offering a good water pressure and temperature. the owner of the hotel was incredibly nice and made sure that we felt comfortable throughout our stay. the location of the hotel was also convenient, being close to the city center and within walking distance of restaurants and shops.
To our experience. it was sometimes difficult to find the right temperature for the shower, as it varied unexpectedly.

The location of the hotel is great, being close to downtown and convenient for accessing food and drink establishments. There is also a mini mart nearby where you can purchase snacks for your hike in Torres del Paine. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment.
The shower experience is mediocre, as it only provides a sprinkle of water and lacks sufficient pressure.
